Using this site

This site publishes general information about water hardness, treatment equipment and installation in the Madison area. Sending the form creates no contract. None exists until a written scope has been agreed by both sides.

Regional information, not a property assessment

Descriptions of local soil, climate, housing stock and code describe the region and the mechanism in general terms. They are not an assessment of any particular property, and conditions differ between houses on the same street.

Pricing

Cost ranges on this site are typical figures, not quotations. A price is issued only in a written scope, after someone has been to the property and looked.

Licensing

Contractor licensing and registration in Wisconsin is administered by the state, and the state's own register is the authoritative record. Verify any contractor there, including this one, rather than relying on a number printed on a website or a vehicle.

What we do not warrant

Information here is provided as it stands, and equipment is sized to the hardness measured at the time; utility source water changes and sizing assumptions change with it. Warranty terms, where offered, appear in the written scope and are the only commitments that apply.
